False switch power fail alerts are generated after power event on Cisco Switch

Issue
- There was a power event impacting the switches and following this we see the following alerts in the EMS logs sporadically:

Wed Aug 18 09:15:13 -0400 [node1: cshmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = SwitchPowerFail_Alert , Alerting Resource = sw2(FOCXXXXXXXX)/PowerSupply-2 raised by monitor cluster-switch- Health alerts regarding this reappear once cleared although the PSUs have been checked physically and confirmed to be working
