FC Link Disconnected with new SFP

Issue

  • FC Target HBA port is cabled
  • In fcp adapter show -instance it is indicated:
    • Administrative Status up 
    • Operational Status Link Not Connected
    • SFP Transmitted Optical Power 0 uWatts  or low power
    • Received Optical Power >300 uWatts
    • Partnumber of the transceiver (SFP) is: AFBR-57F5MZ-NA1 or AFBR-57G5MZ-EL5H
  • SFP Vendor P/N AFBR-57F5MZ-NA1 translates to X6596-R6 in Hardware Universe, and P/N AFBR-57G5MZ-EL5H translates to X6607A
  • Fibre Channel Target Host Adapter has part number X1135A in system node run -node X -command "sysconfig -ac"
