Node shutdown unable to power on with fans/PSUs reported absent on AFF A400, FAS8300, FAS8700

Issue

  • Node shuts down/is taken over by partner
  • Connection through BMC indicates host power is off and attempting to power on does nothing (node remains powered down)
  • BMC logs indicate repeated voltage errors:
