Issue

  • ESXi hosts lost connection with NetApp iSCSI luns after storage reboot. 
  • Checked the logs. None of  VMware initiators login to target storage.

  • On storage side, the vserver iSCSI security default is CHAP.
  • iSCSI VMFS Datastore goes into an inaccessible state.
