Issue

In the EMS event logs, we can see the following message repeating:
env_mgr: monitor.chassisPowerSupply.degraded:notice]: Chassis power supply 1 is degraded: Low-Line PSU is detected, please connect to High-Line power
env_mgr: callhome.chassis.ps.degraded:error]: Call home for Low-Line PSU1 detected
