Drive in DS460C Shelf Bay Not Recognized After Replacement

Issue

After a drive failure in DS460C shelf bay 49, multiple drive replacements and reseats, IOM reseats, and shelf firmware upgrades, the replacement drive is still not recognized by the system. The slot continues to show as bypassed by both modules, and the drive is not visible in ONTAP. The issue persists even after moving the drive to another slot, where it works as expected.
