Cooling fan error detected on shelf power supply

Issue

  • PSU warning LED is amber.
  • Messages such as the below are reported by the system:
Error Type Description
------------------ ---------------------------
Fan Error detected in cooling fan "2". Fan is located in therear of the shelf on the lower left power supply.
Fan Fan "1" is running below normal RPM threshold. Fan is located in the rear of the shelf on the lower left power supply.
