Config Advisor alerts that the cluster switch configuration does not match the installed RCF

Issue

After a new install or cluster interconnect switch hardware upgrade, Config Advisor alerts for a switch configuration that doesn't match the installed RCF. Example:

Description: 
   Configuration on the switch does not match to that of a Reference Configuration File (RCF) for NetApp Switch.       
Severity:
   Medium
Details;
   ...

Or

   Configuration of switch does not match to that of the Reference Configuration File (RCF) for a Cisco Nexus Switches.

Or

Configuration check against RCF

Configuration of switch does not match to that of the Reference Configuration File (RCF) for a shared switch.
Differences found in: class-map HA
for interface Ethernet1/1 - priority-flow-control mode auto, switchport trunk allowed vlan 1,17,18, no lldp transmit, ... and 1 other
for interface Ethernet1/2 - priority-flow-control mode auto, switchport trunk allowed vlan 1,17,18, no lldp transmit, ... and 1 other
for interface Ethernet1/3 - priority-flow-control mode auto, switchport trunk allowed vlan 1,17,18, no lldp transmit, ... and 1 other
for interface Ethernet1/4 - priority-flow-control mode auto, switchport trunk allowed vlan 1,17,18, no lldp transmit, ... and 1 other and 16 others also has differences..

Configuration is not supported. Shared switch function may be impacted.
