Issue

  • The system is reporting multiple temperature-related alerts, including chassis over temperature and inlet temperature warnings. Example:
... [node_name: monitor: monitor.globalStatus.critical:EMERGENCY]: Chassis temperature is too high..
... [node_name: env_mgr: monitor.chassisTemperature.warm:alert]: Chassis temperature is too warm: Inlet ODP Temp1 is warning high (42 C).
... [node_name: env_mgr: monitor.chassisTemperature.warm:alert]: Chassis temperature is too warm: Inlet ODP Temp2 is warning high (42 C).
... [node_name: env_mgr: callhome.chassis.hitemp:error]: Call home for CHASSIS OVER TEMPERATURE
  • The alerts may be cleared after a few minutes. Example:
... [node_name: env_mgr: monitor.chassisTemperature.ok:notice]: Chassis temperature is ok.
