Issue

ActiveIQ ConfigAdvisor reports an alert of Chassis Power Fault detected with further details of Chassis power supply 2 and 1 have failed, been removed, or turned-off
System is up and running and no PSU failure is noticed upon physical inspection
system node environment sensors show -name PSU* will only display sensors PSU1 Vin Type and PSU2 Vin Type as failed
