Cannot remove Flexarray disk ownership from node owning the disk

Issue

  • Unable to remove disk ownership from the node that owned the disk
    • When running the removeowner command,  the following error message is observed:

cluster::*> storage disk removeowner -disk NET-3.272

Error: command failed: Disk NET-3.272 is not connected to node05

  • Can not unassign disks, container type shows unknown.

  • From nodeshell, unable to remove disk ownership of either node that the disk is connected to:​​

cluster::> node run -node Node05
Node01> priv set diag
Node01*> disk remove_ownership <disk-path>
Node01*> disk show -n
Node01*> exit

  • SYSCONFIG-A output indicate FC host adapter has a link up, but drives are not mapped to the node node05 that owns the disk.
