Issue

  • Motherboard was replaced and new Motherboard was shipped with BMC firmware version 11.1P3
  • Tried to upgrade the BMC from 11.1P3 to 11.10 but the upgrade was failing at 10%.
  • Tried to upgrade from 11.1P3 to 11.5 first and still the upgrade failed
  • Tried from both ONTAP prompt and BMC prompt and neither is successful
