BMC firmware update causes SSH access failure on NetApp FAS500F

Issue

  • After updating the BMC firmware from version 15.11 to 15.13, SSH access to the BMC on node-01 fails (connection times out, no error message).
  • system service-processor image show -instance indicates the primary image is 15.13, but LastUpdateStatus is failed.
