Automatic FW updates not working due to failed downloads

Issue

  • Automatic firmware updates was enabled but FW downloads failed
  • From the EMS log we can see the auto updates fail
    Fri Nov 10 12:13:06 -0600 [cluster-n1: mgwd: auto.update.received:notice]: Automatic update: Received update for package: Shelf FW revision 0310 for shelf model IOM12.
    Fri Nov 10 12:14:24 -0600 [cluster-n1: mgwd: auto.update.failure:error]: Automatic update: Failed update for package: Shelf FW revision 0310 for shelf model IOM12. Error: Download failed.
  • Managment logs display issues for SSL certiciate problems
