  • Based on the outputs from sysconfig-a and sysconfig-r, the disk appears to be in good condition
  • We have a KB introduces the similar behavior
  • The bug mentioned in the KB have been fixed in the current OS version
  • Disk model is X438_TPM4V400AMD
