Issue

    •  A message mentioning NVMe or nonencrypting drives are physically installed in the shelf and bootarg.storageencryption.support  is incorrectly set to true.  This log can easily be missed becaues it is displayed first and then subsequently all the "disk failed" logs.

    Feb 14 12:32:44 [localhost:disk.encryptSupportReqd:ALERT]: Detected nonencrypting drive or non-FIPS-certified drive 0n.14, but only FIPS-certified drives are supported on this node. 0 of 24 drives checked are FIPS-certified.

    •  A message mentioning FIPS drives are physically installed in the shelf and bootarg.storageencryption.support  is incorrectly set to false.  This log can easily be missed becaues it is displayed first and then subsequently all the "disk failed" logs.
