Issue

  • Disk failed and replaced
  • ActiveIQ alert triggered for that drive with the status Obsolete. Example:
An incident was generated by <host_name> that requires your attention.
Incident      - Some Failed Disks
Impact Area   - Availability
Severity      - Critical
State         - Obsolete
Source        - Cluster_name
Cluster Name  - Cluster_name
Cluster FQDN  - cluster_name.xxxx.xxxx
Trigger Condition - 1 disk has failed. Failed disk is 1.2.3 (failed).
