Aggregate Relocation Fails with “destination cannot receive the aggregate”

Issue

Attempting to relocate an aggregate between nodes in different HA pairs during a controller refresh fails. The error observed is:

Node01_01_NL_SAS_2 Node-03 Failed: destination cannot receive the aggregate. Check failed by disk_inventory. Check the event log.
  • The aggregate contains RAID groups with shared disks/partitions across shelves owned by different HA pairs.
