BMC kernel panic reported in the logs. Example:
 
BMC node_name> bmc log debug
[1234567.890000] Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception
[1234567.890000] SMP: failed to stop secondary CPUs
[1234567.890000] Rebooting in 5 seconds..
