  • Node fails to boot with the following message:

BIOS POST Failure(s) detected: PCIe device missing error detected. Abort AUTOBOOT

  • The controller does not boot with the following console error:

Record 1164: Sun Jun 27 13:58:41 2021 [SysFW.notice]: Device 17/0/0 (CNA1) missing

  • Panic may also be observed on subsequent boot attempts:

Eth_ntap_name: platform_devname unable to find device XX:0:0
PANIC : make_dev_sv: bad si_name (error=22, si_name=)
