AFF-C250 Node Down Due to PCM Failure

Issue

  • One node (Node1) in the cluster became unresponsive and was taken over by the partner node (Node2). 
  • Affect node Service Processor  fw:   15.13 ，It is lastest fw version.
  • Node 01 bmc events log has Many Bus Correctable error ：
