Issue

  • Node panics and is taken over by the partner node.
PANIC: NVME polled command failed to complete within 10s. in process nvd_capacity_scan_t on release 9.15.1P4 (C) on Sat Feb 15 22:51:11 PST 2025
 
  • The node will be at the LOADER prompt.
  • Power cycling the node via the BMC results in the node going back to the LOADER prompt

Device 3/0/0 (NVMe) missing

Can't find primary boot device u0a.0
Can't find backup boot device u0a.1

BIOS POST Failure(s) detected: PCIe device missing error detected. Abort AUTOBOOT
