Issue

  • One NetApp controller AFF A800 does not boot
  • There is no console output when connecting with the serial cable
  • Both PSU have the green status
  • The BMC (IPMI) is available
  • When moving the controller between slot A and slot B in the chassis, the problem moves with the controller.
