Cluster port e0a goes down with HA interconnect port e0b, with e0b recovering immediately and e0a staying down:

08:21:16 -0400 [cluster-01: intr: netif.linkDown:info]: Ethernet e0a: Link down, check cable.
08:21:17 -0400 [cluster-01: intr: netif.linkDown:info]: Ethernet e0b: Link down, check cable.
08:21:17 -0400 [cluster-01: intr: netif.linkUp:info]: Ethernet e0b: Link up.
08:21:20 -0400 [cluster-01: vifmgr: vifmgr.clus.linkdown:EMERGENCY]: The cluster port e0a on node cluster-01 has gone down unexpectedly.
