A400 node continuously performs graceful shutdown on giveback attempt

Issue

  • Node 01 is rebooted via takeover and reaches "waiting for giveback"
  • Upon any subsequent (CFO or SFO) giveback attempt, the node 01 is automatically shut down and rebooted again
  • The following message is seen on the node 01's console during giveback attempt
