Issue

  • After initial system setup and running system health status show, the following alert is observed:

DomainMismatchFromNodeToShelf_Alert

  • The alert is triggered at the time of setup.
  • No further occurrences are reported.
  • All shelf and port connections are normal.
  • All drives are recognized, and no other hardware or software errors are detected.
