Issue

Mailbox stores the instance id, mailbox disks, and its location associated with a partner node in bootargs with names "ha-mints-ptner-1" for local plex, ha-mints-ptner-2" for remote plex and ha-mints-ptner-3" for mediator.
These bootargs are critical to resolve the correct mailbox instance when there are multiple partner disks with mailbox region on the disks.
