Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) 18.4P1 for NetApp AFF A1K, AFF A90, AFF A70, AFF C80, ASA A1K, ASA A90, ASA A70, FAS90 and FAS70 systems includes the following bug fixes and enhancements that improve reliability and security:

  • CFBMC-4617 - BMC firmware signed with updated security keys and certificates
  • CFBMC-6562 - Reduce unnecessary full-speed fan operation
  • CFBMC-6560 - Force system fans to maximum speed when ONTAP is not running
