CONTAP-379938: Support for Additional I/O Cards on Certain Systems

Issue

Certain systems outlined in the Applies To section did not support four additional I/O card configurations. As a result, card detection and reporting of card and port temperature sensor readings were not supported for these configurations. Support has been added for the listed cards.
