CONTAP-363365: Misleading Chassis Temperature Alert When Sensors Are Unreadable

Issue

When chassis temperature sensors become unreadable on certain platforms, ONTAP can report the following critical EMS message:
monitor.globalStatus.critical: Chassis temperature is too high..
The message can indicate a sensor-read failure rather than a measured high chassis temperature, making it difficult to distinguish an unreadable sensor from an actual over-temperature condition.
