Issue

FAS8300, FAS8700 or AFF A400 systems might report "wrong charge", "no charge", or
"current high" battery events with a 20-minute or 24-hour shutdown timer started.

Example AutoSupport messages:
 callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY (no charge) CRITICAL.

callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY (current high) CRITICAL.
