Issue

  • FAS8300, FAS8700 or AFF A400 systems might report wrong charge, no charge, or current high battery events with a 20-minute or 24-hour shutdown timer started.

Example AutoSupport messages:
[callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY (no charge) CRITICAL.
[callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY (current high) CRITICAL.
