  • FAS8300, FAS8700 or AFF A400 systems might report
    wrong charge
    no charge
    , or
    current high
    battery events with a 20-minute or 24-hour shutdown timer started.

Example AutoSupport messages:
[node_name: env_mgr: monitor.shutdown.emergency:EMERGENCY]: Emergency shutdown: Environmental Reason Shutdown (Battery charging current failed)
[callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY (no charge) CRITICAL.
[callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY (current high) CRITICAL.
