Issue

On FAS2620, FAS2650, FAS2720, FAS2750, FAS8200, AFF C190, AFF A200, AFF A220 and AFF A300 storage systems in switchless 2-node clusters, intermittent Ethernet port e0a or e0b link flapping occurs within 5 seconds, and AutoSupport messages similar to the following are displayed:
--[ixgbe/e0a: netif.linkDown:info]: Ethernet e0a: Link down, check cable
--[mgmt_port_link_status_poll: netif.linkUp:info]: Ethernet e0a: Link up.
