Issue

After an IOM12 firmware and subsequent Drawer Control Module (DCM) firmware update on a DS460C storage shelf, the shelf might report a fault.

  • The node shell "storage show fault -v" command shows a DCM reporting an "OK" status but FAIL in the Status Descriptions field.
