Issue

  • Firmware update can fail on certain DCM3 drawer modules in a DS460 disk shelf with IOM12 or IOM12B modules
  • Subsequently, the module might be taken out of the configuration for exceeding the error threshold.
  • This can manifest itself as the system transitioning from a Multi-Path to Mixed-Path configuration.
