CFBMC-7586: Incorrect reporting of fan FRU state after fan removal and reinsertion

Issue

  • On AFF A900, ASA A900, and FAS9500 systems, when a fan FRU is removed and reinserted quickly, the "system node environment sensors show" command might incorrectly report the fan FRU state sensor as "fault".
  • However, the FAN Present sensor state correctly shows as "normal".
  • The fans in the fan FRU are operating normally.
