CFBMC-7421: On some systems, the battery learning cycle might cause the relative state of charge to drop to 0%

Issue

  • During a battery learning cycle on AFF A900, ASA A900 or FAS9500 systems, the relative state of charge might decrease to 0% and the learning cycle does not complete.
  • Additionally, the battery status in the command "system battery show" continues to display "Discharging".
