CFBMC-6662: BMC system console disconnects after inactivity when timeout is set beyond 255 minutes

Issue

While configuring the timeout value from the ONTAP CLI using the command "system timeout modify <timeout_value>" , the timeout setting does not get propagated to the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) if the specified value exceeds 255 minutes.
