CFBMC-5462: Direct BMC firmware update from 11.5 and earlier versions to 11.11 or later versions fails

Issue

When ONTAP or the admin updates the BMC firmware to 11.11 or later while currently running BMC firmware version 11.5 or earlier, the update fails and the following error message is displayed:
Some binaries are unexpectedly large and may be corrupt. Continue? (y/n):
