Why the dialog to select BlueXP is not displayed when accessing System Manager URL?

Answer
There are 2 possible reasons:
- The host using the browser cannot access https://api.bluexp.netapp.com/ontap-service/check-service-connection
- Not now. Sign in to System Manager was chosen before in the dialog
- This preference is saved as browser cookie and the dialog is not displayed again when accessing the System Manager URL
- To display this dialog again to choose Continue to BlueXP, remove the browser caches and cookies, and access the System Manager URL
Note: This dialog and BlueXP link have been removed on 9.12.1P8 and 9.13.1P4 due to a design change
