Is it possible to change the default CIFS permissions when share created via OSM?

Question

  • When creating a new CIFS share in OSM, it is created with 'Everyone/Full Control' permissions
  • Is it possible to change\set the default CIFS permissions from 'Everyone/Full Control' to anything else?
    • example: 'domain admins'

Answer

  • At this point in time, it is not possible to change the permissions defaults.
  • Those can only be edited after the share creation
