  • Reapplying the RCF will reconfigure certain ports, temporarily disabling affected links and briefly disrupting connectivity. 
  • In redundant networks (multiple cluster ports/paths per node), communication continues over remaining links, though brief interruptions may still occur. 
  • Recommendation: Schedule RCF updates during a maintenance window, choose a low-impact time, and confirm redundancy and link status beforehand.
