How to create a case with Cisco Support

- Cisco Nexus Ethernet switches purchased via NetApp
Description
Before raising a case with Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC), have the following information available:
- Collect
#show tech-support
- Cisco account username (CCOID) that is associated to the switch support contract
- Cisco device serial number
- Cisco Contract ID
