How do I associate my Cisco.com account (CCOID) to a Smart Net Total Care contract?
Applies to
- Cisco.com account profile already created
- Cisco MDS and Nexus switches purchased from NetApp
Answer
- Go to Smart Net Total Care Support
- Link your Contracts to your Cisco ID
- OR -
- Go to Profile Management and use the email address associated with your Cisco profile and password to log in
- Go to Manage Profile > Access Management > Add Access
- Add contract number
Note:
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect on your cisco.com account
- If either method above results in "pending approval" from contract administrator contact web-help-sr@cisco.com for assistance
