Issue

  • ESXi servers are missing some paths only through one fabric and only to one storage array
  • Fabric looks healthy:
    • Ports online in switchshow
    • No port errors in porterrshow
    • Initiator and target ports logged in at the switch as seen with portloginshow
    • Connectivity and zoning to initiator and target confirmed with fcping
