  • Multiple storage pools experienced Fibre Channel (FC) path failures and related alarms, including:
ErrorCode=1061: Fibre Channel ports not operational
ErrorCode=1450: Fibre Channel I/O ports not operational
ErrorCode=1627: Insufficient redundancy in disk controller connectivity
ErrorCode=1630: Number of device logins reduced
  • Switch log showing ccumulating values for discc3 and c3timeout counters on affected ports
