Issue

  • Switch accessibility lost after FOS upgrade from v9.1.1c3 to v9.2.0b.
  • After the 9.2.0b firmware loaded to the standby CP, the CP went for reboot came up clean and took over as active. This is all normal for firmware upgrades.
  • After it became active and reboot the previously active CP, the NPD deamon terminated causing the new active CP to reboot to recover and the system recovered with CP 0 as active still on the 9.1.1c3 code.
