Single controller reports degraded or failed SAS port

Issue

The controller wide port has gone to a failed state during a controller reboot but does not clear after the reboot completes.

  • All channels are optimal through chall
  • luall reports no degraded or failed components
  • sasStateCapture is not missing any SAS connections
