Issue

  • Single node stuck on Rebooting to exit install mode during new build
  • Unable to access installer page
  • Controller shows this error from root:

device-mapper: table: 253:17 Multipath: error getting device
device-mapper: ioctl: error adding target to the table

  • The /var/log/daemon.log log file in the base-os shows StorageGRID-SG-OS is missing from /dev/mapper
