Applies to

• NetApp E-Series.
• NetApp StorageGRID Appliances.

Event Summary

E-Series controller locked down due to submodel ID mismatch. This lock down indicates the presence of hardware mismatch between the two controllers.

Validate

• The digital display code on the controller would report OE L7. 
• In the event visual validation of the display code is not possible, the following command can be executed on the alternate online controller using eos user and the SANtricity System Manager admin password to confirm the lock down reason: cmgrShow
