Customer don't receive alert mail from E-series system

Issue
- Customer able to receive test alert mail but when disk fail below alert mail don't sent to customer.
Critical,Drive channel set to Degraded,Channel,Drive-side: channel 1,Controller in bay B
- web-server-trace-log reports SMTP send error:

Controller B report disk fail alert mail.
